I’m the Founder & Executive Director of The Connected Life. I help people build healthy connections to God, themselves, and others.
As a speaker, trauma-informed Life Coach, and podcaster, I love creating a safe space for people to understand their faith in new and healing ways, and build a community that encourages vulnerability and curiosity.
I am an AACC Certified Professional Life Coach. I earned a Master’s in Theological Studies from TCU, and have served in ministry for 18 years. I am an adoptive mom who has professionally worked in the social services field for 9 years, receiving over 150 hours of trauma-informed care training.
My wonderful husband, Blaine, and I have been married for 20 years and have two children. We serve foster and adoptive families at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY.
